From Noah BenShea "If you color a large red dot on a piece of blank paper and stare at for one minute, then lower the paper and stare at a blank wall, you will, remarkably, discover that the blank wall suddenly has a red dot on it." and when we see Joe Carle standing on the top rung of the ladder supported by his faith and using his talents to help us to see God we know that we have been staring a someone significant and that even though the wall we look at later is blank we will still see that image and know that there is a caring and loving God.
The stained glass window at the head of this blog is at the front of the Chapel Hill Presbyterian Church sanctuary. The two dominant symbols in this unique window design are the sun (Son) and the dove. The work of hearing God's Word and seeking to "rightly" preach on this Word is done under the guidance of the Holy Spirit (dove). It is spirit that thoughts follow.
